Mikado type locomotives pull 10-car trains, 3 trains of this type in operation. May 3, 1932. p.17 #1198 As protection against high water, a "bridle" has been attached to upstream face of gravel pit bridge. A 3-in. cable is anchored to concrete dead-men and horizontal stays are attached to bents on bridge. May 15, 1932. p.17 #1144 Ten car train of gravel crossing 1100 ft. trestle bridge and bound for screening plant. Round trip take slightly over two hours.
