The Northern Nevada Neon Photograph Collection (1913-2010) is comprised of photographs of neon signs located mainly in northern Nevada cities and towns, including Elko, Ely, Carson City, Hawthorne, Reno, and Winnemucca. The collection consists of both digitized and born-digital photographs from multiple institutions and were gathered as part of a joint grant project.

The Historic Building Survey Collection (1930-2001) contains materials on the preservation of historic buildings in Southern Nevada, Arizona, and Utah from Dr. Ralph Roske's History 117 course taught at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). The collection is comprised of surveys which include descriptions, photographs, blueprints, newspaper clippings, pamplets, and fliers related to historic houses, businesses, and public sites.

The Vesta Palmer Photograph Collection contains two black-and-white photographs of Las Vegas, Nevada: the first photograph depicts the Las Vegas High School class of 1924; the second photograph shows the first phone switchboard installed in Boulder City around 1931.

The J. Ross Clark Photograph Collection (approximately 1900-1920) consists of black-and-white photographic prints and some corresponding negatives. Images depict J. Ross Clark, his wife Miriam Evans Clark, their grandson James Ross Clark II, and several unidentified individuals.

The Albert C. Phillips Photograph Collection is comprised of sixteen black-and-white photographic reprints and four photographic negatives depicting buildings in Caliente, Nevada which were originally taken between 1900 to 1967 and reproduced in approximately 1999 to 2005.

The Stanley W. Paher Photograph Collection consists of black-and-white photographic prints and corresponding negatives. Images include scenes from the towns of Goodsprings, Goldfield, and Las Vegas, Nevada. The Goodsprings and Goldfield, Nevada images date to 1926; the Las Vegas images date to 1966.

Nevada Democrat Collection of Newsletters (1957-1976) contains newsletters of the Nevada Democrat and the Clark County Democrat. In addition, there are copies of "This is the Dope Sheet," highlighting candidates running for office in Nevada. There are also two small flags and a donkey die cut.

The Mary Kinnear Photograph Collection (1964) is comprised of twenty photographic color slides depicting buildings on fire in Las Vegas, Nevada. Materials include photographs of houses, casinos, and other properties burning while fire fighters attempt to put the fires out and onlookers watch.

The Lena Hammond Photograph Collection (approximately 1910-1959) consists of black-and-white and color photographic prints, negatives, and slides. The images primarily depict the Hammond family in Goldfield, Nevada. Other images portray street scenes and aerials of Southern Nevada and California mining cities.
