The Steve Lawrence and Edyie Gormé Papers (approximately 1946-2014) are comprised of photographs, promotional material, certificates, musical arrangements, song catalogs, documentation for their "One More for the Road Tour" (2004-2006), correspondence with celebrities and family members, and some personal papers from their childhood.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas ROTC Records are comprised of administrative files and photographic prints from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Army Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) from its inception in 1980 to 1991. The collection includes photographs of cadet activities as well as Army ROTC recruitment materials.

The reports and publications on meat handling and marketing series (1945-1975) contains papers describing the state of the meat packing industry and its related fields. Reports include statistics and studies on meat sales, quality control, and marketing.
Sales reports describe the meat packing industry's financial trends, with specific information about the types of products sold, method of selling, and cost estimations for various sections and cuts of meat.
Quality control reports contain meat handling instructions for sellers and detailed guides and photographs describing proper practices in butchering, meat preparation, and popular culinary uses. Types of meat documented include beef, pork, and poultry. Also included are meat-to-cost estimation rulers with usage instructions.
Publications include legislation related to the meat packing industry, corporate management guides, and marketing guides. There are also newsletters, magazines, and newspaper clippings pertaining to events relevant to the meat packing industry such as conferences, news releases on new packing techniques, advertisements for packing companies, and articles highlighting industry professionals.
Archival Component
The Lamar and Patricia Marchese papers (1959-2015) contain awards, correspondence (both professional and personal), a Clark County Services and Facilities Directory, newspaper and magazine clippings, pamphlets, Parks and Recreation information, KNPR events and newsletters, art exhibits brochures, and musical performances brochures. The collection chronicles the contributions of the long-time Las Vegas community leaders through photographs, speeches, an interview done with Lamar Marchese, professional papers, audiovisual materials, Las Vegas Centennial Board (LVCB) end of year report, and a LVCB book.

The North Las Vegas Library District Collection on Nevada (1940-2008) is comprised of subject files created and collected by the North Las Vegas Library to provide patrons with public reference and research materials on North Las Vegas and Nevada. The collection also includes black-and-white photographs, color photographs, photographic slides, and video reels.
