Tourists wait to cross Las Vegas Boulevard at Bellagio Drive. The intersection between the Bellagio and Paris Las Vegas and Planet Hollywood properties is one of the last remaining major street level walkways across the Las Vegas Strip. Most intersections feature pedestrian overpass structures to safely move tourists around the Strip.

Providing security and access to both automobile and pedestrian traffic is handled differently along Las Vegas Boulevard and has changed over the years on the Strip.
