The Hank Castro Music Business Records document Hank Castro's career in the music industry in Las Vegas, Nevada from 1969 to 1990. The bulk of the collection consists of original audio recordings from the Las Vegas Recording Studio. The collection also contains legal documents, personal correspondence, and promotional material related to the Las Vegas Recording Studio (1971-1985), songwriter agreements, and sheet music (the majority of the lyrics written by Hank Castro) from artists represented by the Las Vegas Recording Studio and Castro's other companies.

It consists of two scrapbooks and one folder of photocopied materials containing newspaper clippings about the appearances of the Kim Sisters muscial group throughout the United States as well as Italy, Germany, and Spain. The JW Zunino Landscape Architectural Records (1986-2003) contain landscape and architectural drawings depicting work performed in Las Vegas, Nevada by JWZ. Casino work includes The Mirage Resort Hotel and Casino, the Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino, Tropicana Hotel and Casino, Suncoast Hotel and Casino, Caesars Palace, and Desert Inn Hotel and Casino. The type of casino work performed include creating master plans for gardens and walkways, as well as developing planting, irrigation, and landscape lighting plans. The records also include work performed for parks, residential properties, public and civil buildings, and commercial facilities.

The photographs primarily depict Brookman with other Nevada politicians, including U.S. Senators Harry Reid, Alan Bible, Eugene McCarty, and Howard Cannon, and Nevada Governors Paul Laxalt, Mike O’Callaghan, Richard Bryan, and Grant Sawyer. The photographs also depict Brookman at political events with the Nevada National Guard, bill-signing ceremonies, and at events in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The photographs depict four major subjects: Cashman's family, friends, and associates; Cashman's businesses; the Hoover Dam and Colorado River; and various locations across Nevada.
