The UNLV Libraries Collection on the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Runnin' Rebels (approximately 1982-1991) is comprised of materials commemorating the UNLV Runnin' Rebels men's basketball team, including a gubernatorial proclamation from Governor Richard Bryan, a poster of the Runnin' Rebels' 1982-1983 men's basketball season highlights, a color slide of President George H.W. Bush remarking on the National Collegiate Athletic Association's semi-finalist teams, and a commemorative “UNLV Rebels Final Four 1991” t-shirt.
The Merle and Beulah Frehner Photograph Collection contains photographs of Southern Nevada from 1905 to 1955. The materials include photographs of the Frehner freight teams transporting ore, schools and students in the Moapa Valley, the Colorado River, and parades in Southern Nevada.
The Dolores Brownhofer Neonis Photograph Collection (approximately 1940-1970) contains photographic prints, negatives, and a slide depicting the Brownhofer family at restaurants, bars, and casinos in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Underground House of Las Vegas Collection (1964-2004) consists of newspaper clippings, magazine articles, books, photographic prints, and digital images detailing the construction and history of Girard "Jerry" B. Henderson’s "Underground House," a Las Vegas underground dwelling completed in 1978.
The Hotel Last Frontier Photograph Collection contains photographic prints, negatives, and slides depicting scenes inside and outside the Hotel Last Frontier in Las Vegas, Nevada between approximately 1940 and 1969. The collection also includes photographs under its alternate names: the Last Frontier and the New Frontier Hotel and Casino.
The Blanche Zucker-Bozarth Photograph Collection contains black-and-white and color photographic prints, negatives, and slides of Blanche Zucker-Bozarth between approximately 1980 and 2000. These images depict Zucker-Bozarth attending University Library Society gatherings at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), community fundraisers and events, and award ceremonies. During University Library Society gatherings, Zucker-Bozarth is seen with UNLV Libraries and campus-level administrative faculty and associates. The collection also contains Zucker-Bozarth attending events for the WE CAN (Working to Eliminate Child Abuse and Neglect) Fundraiser and the President’s Child Safety Partnership. Other photographs include Zucker-Bozarth holding the Chicago Award, Zucker-Bozarth posed with Mesquite Club members, and various individuals in Las Vegas and Carson City, Nevada.
The Nadine Tobin Collection of Helldorado Photographs, approximately 1940 to 1959, contains black-and-white photographic prints depicting parade floats during Helldorado Days celebrations in Las Vegas, Nevada. Also included is one image of a primary school class in Las Vegas.
The Navy Mothers' Club Photograph Collection is comprised of two black-and-white photographic prints depicting the 16th annual Navy Mothers' Clubs of America conference in Los Angeles, California that the Nevada Mothers' Club members attended on July 26-31, 1954.
The Blue Diamond Mine Photograph Collection depicts operations at the Blue Diamond Mine from approximately 1950 to 1971. The photographs include images of heavy machinery, mining structures, and workers. The photographs also contain aerial views of Blue Diamond Mine and the surrounding landscape.
The Harvey's Limited Edition Plates Collection (1970-1979) contains four pewter plates that depict four Las Vegas, Nevada historical sites: the Union Pacific Depot; City Hall in 1935; Clark County Courthouse in 1914; and Fourth Street School in 1910.
