The 2016 Presidential Debate Memorabilia (2016) is comprised of commemorative items created by the Commission on Presidential Debates for the presidential debate held at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). The collection includes memorabilia such as t-shirts, posters, and a photograph book commemorating the event. Also included is a campus guide to UNLV for external media and a dinner menu and program for a special dinner hosted by the UNLV Foundation.
The Pat McKechnie Collection on Casino de Paris (approximately 1963-1979) contains show programs, photographs, newspaper clippings, and ephemera on the Casino de Paris show at the Dunes Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada from 1963 to 1981. The materials were collected by Pat McKechnie who was the ballet mistress for the show.
The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) College of Sciences Records (approximately 1968-2002) contain assorted records from the mathematical sciences, biology, chemistry, geoscience, and physics departments. The collection contains faculty and staff directories, memoranda, faculty meeting minutes, bulletins, and faculty retreat documents.
The University of Nevada, Las Vegas Commencement Programs and Graduate Lists collection (1953-2021) contains graduation programs, final graduation lists, planning files for commencement ceremonies for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). The planning files contain correspondence, itineraries for ceremony days, and photographs.
The Rosemary Clarke Papers (1966-1978) consist of photographs, correspondence, and newspaper clippings. Also included are campaign flyers and biographical information.
The Chester W. Cheel Manuscripts (1847-1960) consist of two photocopies of a manuscript on early Nevada history and Las Vegas with a historical focus on the role of the Mormons in developing the area.
Silver Slipper Scrapbook (1974-1976) consists of one scrapbook containing advertisements announcing upcoming performers and performance reviews at the Silver Slipper Casino.
The Mida Mae Dick Collection on Las Vegas Entertainment (1945-1986) consists of clippings and programs about the Las Vegas, Nevada entertainment scene. The bulk of the materials concern shows and nightlife at notable hotels and casinos on the Las Vegas Strip.
The Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino Las Vegas, Nevada Records provide materials relating to the hotel's grand opening on December 15, 2010. Included are newspaper clippings, a poster pamphlet, gaming and rewards program information, and photographs of the hotel rooms. Also included is information about the art program, the shops, bars, nightclubs, and convention facilities.
