Oral history interview with Betty Counts conducted by Jim Phillips on October 29, 1972 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Counts first talks about her early life in Las Vegas, Nevada, including her educational background and some of the recreational activities in which she took part. She also discusses the atomic testing, the changes in Las Vegas over time, and her familiarity with political figures, and the police department.

Oral history interview with Alden Sharp conducted by Alex Ilic on March 01, 1977 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Sharp discusses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1938 for employment opportunities. Sharp also discusses his career as a pharmacist as well as changes in the city. Lastly, Sharp discusses atomic testing.

Oral history interview with Douglas Reynolds conducted by Dr. David Emerson on June 16, 2006 for the UNLV @ 50 Oral History Project. Reynolds discusses joining the University of Nevada, Las Vegas’ engineering faculty in 1983 and writing a report that led to the founding of the engineering college. He also talks about the report’s accreditation with the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).

Oral history interview with Katherine McKee conducted by Claytee D. White on September 3, 2016 for the African Americans in Las Vegas: a Collaborative Oral History Project. In her interview McKee discusses her career dancing at the Mint, The Silver Slipper's Minsky's Burlesque, and the Dune's Viva Les Girls. She also discusses her performances on the road with Les Girls Montreal road show as well and her experience as Sammy Davis' "road wife."

Oral history interview with Max Velasquez conducted by Janice F. Hurtubise on March 08, 1981 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Velasquez discusses his personal history as a construction worker in Las Vegas, Nevada. He describes the construction projects he worked on and the differences between 1950s construction and construction at the current time. Velasquez goes on to discuss the government regulations workers had to follow, how water pipelines were laid, and the types of equipment used in construction. Lastly, Velasquez talks about the bidding process for contractors and environmental changes in Las Vegas.

Oral history interview with Hank Greenspun conducted by Perry Kaufman in 1975 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview Hank Greenspun discusses the newspaper industry, the Las Vegas Sun (local Las Vegas, Nevada newspaper), the Las Vegas Review-Journal, economic expansion in Las Vegas, Nevada, atomic testing, and the Local 226 Culinary Union.

Oral history interview with Larry Henley conducted by Laura Plowman on May 23, 2007 for the UNLV @ 50 Oral History Project. In this interview Larry Henley discusses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada, attending the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, working at UNLV as a stagehand, getting a professional staff position in 1988, and about working as the director of artistic programming and production at the UNLV Performing Arts Center.
