The Del Webb Corporation Photograph Collection (approximately 1957 to 1988) consists of black-and-white photographic prints, black-and-white oversize reprints, negatives, and color slides focusing on the Mint Hotel and Casino in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. Images depict the construction of a twenty-six story high-rise addition to the property, its grand opening and anniversary celebrations, the Mint 400 Off-Road race festivities, interior shots of the casino floor, restaurants and lounges, and a salon. Also included are exterior images of properties on Fremont Street considered to be competitors of the Mint, advertisements and billboards, and photographs of Del E. Webb and associates.
The Preservation Association of Clark County Photograph Collection consists of five black-and-white photographic prints and negatives from approximately 1980. Images depict scenes from the preservation process of the Old Las Vegas Mormon Fort as well as images of members of the Preservation Association of Clark County, University of Nevada, Las Vegas Libraries, and Nevada government officials in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The K. O. Knudson Photographs (approximately 1920-1969) depict the Las Vegas Grammar School and service, fraternal, and veterans organizations gathered by retired Las Vegas, Nevada school administrator and World War I veteran K. O. Knudson (also known as K. Oscar Knudson). The collection includes images of Knudson, Las Vegas Masonic Lodge members, American Legion members, and school dances. The photographs primarily feature Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Gellman Family Photograph Collection on the Flamingo Hotel (approximately 1946-1950, 2009) contains photographs of the Gellman family at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada during the mid-to-late 1940s. The Gellman family owned a pharmacy that was located in the Flamingo Hotel. Other materials in this collection include two postcards of the Flamingo Hotel and one Fred Harvey Hotel Locations (California to Kansas) postcard. Also included is a newspaper clipping of the "House That Bugsy Built" article from the Las Vegas Review-Journal from 2009.
