The Theodore M. Parsons Photograph Collection (1936-1988) consists of photographic prints and negatives depicting Theodore M. Parsons and other Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) workers in Boulder City, Nevada between 1936 and 1942. There are individual images of Parsons as well as group photographs of workers at CCC camps and public gatherings.

The Clarence L. Cleveland Photographs depict Las Vegas, Nevada and other locations in Southern Nevada from 1932 to 1952. The photographs primarily depict locations on Fremont Street in Las Vegas, including the Pioneer Club, Frontier Club, Sal Sagev Hotel, Overland Hotel, Golden Nugget, and the Smith and Chandler "Indian Traders" store. The photographs also depict the Nevada desert, Lake Mead, Boulder City, Nevada, and the Helldorado Parade in Las Vegas.

The Frank Mitrani Photographs depict people and events in Las Vegas, Nevada from 1953 to 2010. The photographs are primarily portraits of Las Vegas businesspeople, including realtors, salespeople, insurance agents, bankers, and executives. The photographs depict several service organizations operating in Southern Nevada, including the Rotary Club of Las Vegas, the Las Vegas Jaycees, the Elks Lodge, and the Assistance League. The photographs also depict hotels and casinos, politicians and political campaigns, news organizations, schools, the Elks Lodge, healthcare professionals, weddings and engagements, and religious events.

Archival Component
The Walter V. Long Photographs consist of three black-and-white photographic prints and corresponding negatives dating from approximately 1923 to 1966. The photographs include two formal portraits of Walter V. Long and one image of him as a teacher with the Tonopah High School Band in Southern Nevada.

The Donald Welch Photograph Collection (approximately 1961-1981) is comprised of photographs of various golf tournaments hosted at the Desert Inn Country Club in Las Vegas, Nevada collected by Welch throughout his career as the Desert Inn's head golf professional. In particular, the collection includes two photograph albums depicting the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) Sealy golf tournament in the early 1970s and a 25th anniversary Desert Inn Country Club commemorative photograph book from 1981.

The Robert Worts Photographs depict the Corn Creek Ranch in Nevada from 1936 to 1939. Located northwest of Las Vegas, Nevada, Corn Creek Ranch was home to writer George F. Worts in the late 1930s. Materials in the collection include photographs of Worts, buildings on Corn Creek Ranch, and a camp on Mount Charleston.

The Francisco Arcaute Photographs (2004-2006) contain monochrome and color photographic negatives of various exterior environs, signage, and events around Las Vegas, Nevada and Southern Nevada taken by Chicago, Illinois-based photographer Francisco Arcaute. The materials include negatives of neon signs located at the Fremont Street Experience, the El Cortez Hotel and Casino, and the Blue Angel Motel. Events represented in this collection include the annual Veterans Day parade hosted by the Veterans Action Group and Christmas markets.
