Oral history interview with Carolyn Goodman conducted by David Schwartz on January 21, 2009 for the Remembering Jay Sarno Oral History Project. In this interview, Kinley reflects upon her 34-year career in education, with 14 years as a teacher and 20 years as an administrator in the Clark County School District. She discusses her job duties as teacher, assistant principal, principal, and assistant superintendent, and how the positions compare with each other. She also discusses the importance of self-care and leisure time as a balance to the demanding workload.

Oral history interview with Treva Roles conducted by Judy Harrell on February 12, 2014 for the West Charleston Neighborhoods: An Oral History Project of Ward 1. Roles discusses her father buying the Fair Price Motel in Las Vegas, Nevada and moving out to Las Vegas to help her family run it. Treva also discusses her parents buying the Del Mar Motel and running the Rummel Motel with her husband.

Oral history interview with Jesse Scott conducted by Claytee D. White on June 29, 2009 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Scott describes growing up in Louisiana and his initial involvement with the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) as vice president of the youth council. He recalls positions he held beginning in the 1970s with the Las Vegas NAACP branch as an executive director, executive director of the Equal Rights Commission, and later, president of the Las Vegas NAACP.
