The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Office of News and Publications Records (approximately 1964-1995) primarily contain press releases, marketing materials, and supporting documents pertaining to UNLV departments, events, people, and organizations. The collection also includes print orders for fliers, posters, brochures, reports, and invitations for assorted departments and events, as well as photographic prints, slides, negatives, color transparencies, and contact sheets of people, events, and campus buildings. This collection also includes a digitized copy of Nevada Southern University's first commencement in 1964 that was originally broadcast on KSHO TV 13. Additional materials include audiocassettes, reel-to-reel audio recording tapes, quadruplex video recording reels, U-Matic tapes, 16mm film reels, and an 8-track tape.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas Department of Sports Education Leadership Records (approximately 1931-2010) contains materials maintained by Dr. Jerry Landwer, a former faculty member in the Department of Sports Education Leadership at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Materials include reports, newspaper clippings, memorandum, research files, and publications kept by Landwer throughout his tenure at UNLV. Also included are publications from Landwer's personal library of sports and physical education related guidebooks, catalogues, and scholarly journals. The materials in this collection document various organizational efforts for the Department of Sports Education Leadership, specifically under President Carol Harter's tenure from 1995 to 1996.

The Southern Nevada Educators Photograph Collection consists of reproduction black-and-white photographic prints and negatives that Donna Andress compiled. The majority of the images are portraits of educators in Southern Nevada, primarily educators who have schools in Clark County, Nevada named after them. Other portraits depict prominent Las Vegas citizens, including Leva and William Beckley.
