Collection is comprised of posters collected by the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Special Collections and Archives from 1974 to 2010. The collection primarily includes posters about events and exhibits hosted by UNLV Special Collections and Archives. Also included are posters for other UNLV events including: theatrical events, sporting events, colloquiums, choral productions, and events where UNLV was a partner.
Archival Collection
The Nevada Motion Picture Division Collection of Scripts dates from 1981 to 2005 with the bulk of the collection dating from 1984 to 1996 and consists primarily of scripts for feature films, television movies and shows, and commercials filmed in the state of Nevada. The collection includes location reports and shooting schedules for some of the productions. The collection also contains press materials received by the Motion Picture Division.
Archival Collection
The Soroptimist International Sierra Nevada Region Records are comprised of memoranda, newspaper clippings, brochures, and communications from 1975 to 1998. The collection includes information about the Soroptimist International Sierra Nevada Region chapter's involvement with women's rights issues, primarily the Equal Rights Amendment ratification campaign in Nevada and California, as well as national efforts.

The Southern Nevada Community Concerts Association (SNCCA) Records (1939-2004) document the activities of the SNCCA and consist of meeting minutes, financial records, correspondence, promotional papers, newspaper clippings, scrapbooks, photographs, and recordings of select concerts on VHS, Betamax, and an optical disc. The SNCCA worked to bring various singers, orchestras, and ballets to the communities of Las Vegas and Southern Nevada.

The Roosevelt Fitzgerald Interview for "Nevada, One of Fifty" Program consists of one audiocassette. This series of radio programs produced by the University of Nevada, Reno, was part of the U.S. Bicentennial celebration, and explored various aspects of the state: history, politics, immigrants, Native Americans, government, ghost towns, art, and some individuals. Every show featured a different host and guest. In this interview, Dr. Mark Weinstein interviews Dr. Roosevelt Fitzgerald on the subject of "Ethnic groups in Nevada." Fitzgerald was a University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) faculty member and Director of the Ethnic Studies program. He dedicated his life to teaching and was well-known as a researcher and writer of the history of the Black experience in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Archival Collection
The Nevada History Elementary School Teaching Kits (approximately 1990-1999) collection contains teaching kits for elementary school teachers in Nevada about mining and Nevada history. The kits contain textbooks, booklets, pamphlets, puzzles, and maps designed for elementary school educators in Nevada.
