Oral history interview with Kenny Kerr conducted by Dennis McBride on May 29, 2001 and May 30, 2001 for the Las Vegas Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Archives Oral History Project. Kerr discusses his childhood and the beginning of the female character, Kenny Kerr. Kerr also talks about the shows Boylesque, Gay Illusions, Doll Factory, and Vive les Boys. Kerr then discusses the other aspects of his career in drag performance.

Oral history interview with Barbara Cloud conducted by Shirley Emerson on May 30, 2006 for the UNLV @ 50 Oral History Project. Barbara Cloud discusses teaching journalism at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, building up the journalism program, becoming department chair, editor of Journalism history, and Associate Provost for Academic Affairs. She also discusses serving on the Nevada Commission of Colleges and Universities and the Nevada Humanities Committee, as well as currently indexing the Las Vegas Sun newspaper for digitization.

Oral history interview with Paulette Canty conducted by Claytee White on July 02, 1998 for the Women's Research Institute of Nevada (WRIN) Las Vegas Women Oral History Project. Canty opens her interview by discussing her life in Las Vegas, Nevada in the 1960s. Canty talks about being one of the first students to be integrated in the Las Vegas school system. She discusses how the Clark County School District prepared African American and white students for integration. She describes how integration was positive for herself, but that it was a negative experience for her sister and other African American students. Canty also talks about how African American children were raised at the time, discussing the values instilled in boys versus girls. She also talks about her experience working in the gaming industry including as a manager at Bally's Hotel and Casino. She discusses the treatment of African American employees by the gaming industry and labor unions.

Oral history interview with Nathaniel Barlow conducted by Claytee D. White on May 14, 2013 for the African Americans in Las Vegas: A Collaborative Oral History Project. Barlow begins the interview by sharing his experiences growing up in rural Louisiana and shares how he ended up moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1962 as a teenage boy. Barlow shares his views and experiences of Las Vegas at that time, sharing the ways the town has changed and talks about the economic opportunities that were available to him when he moved to Las Vegas. He shares his views on the history of the unions and union leaders in Las Vegas during the times he was a member of the Teamsters Local 881 and later the Culinary Workers Union Local 226. Barlow also talks about the Selective Service Draft for the Vietnam War and his experiences with that. He recalls the history of Las Vegas' historic Westside and shares his roles in the area's history.

Oral history interview with Alma Vining conducted by Barbara Tabach, Nathalie Martinez, and Laurents Banuelos-Benitez on February 13, 2019 for the Latinx Voices of Southern Nevada Oral History Project. In this interview, Vining shares what it was like growing up as a child of Mexican immigrants. She talks about her childhood in McAllen, Texas, disclosing her experiences with racial discrimination as a child and as she grew into adulthood. She stresses the importance of education and lifelong learning in relation to her career as a teacher and school principal. Vining moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1972 and jumped into the community with her involvement in Nevada Association of Latin Americans (NALA) and on the television program, Minor Key. She shares her experiences earning her Master's Degree in Education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Vining talks about her teaching career and the 30 years of experience gained in the Clark County School District.

Oral history interview with Susana Loli conducted by Rodrigo Vazquez on January 15, 2021 for the Latinx Voices of Southern Nevada Oral History Project.

Susana Loli starts her interview discussing her childhood in Lima, Peru with her seven siblings. After graduating college and with the unexpected death of her husband, Susana moved to the United States. She was able to return to Peru after some time to bring her family to America, and eventually they settled in Las Vegas after Susana remarried. Susana joined the Culinary Workers Union Local 226 and worked at the Riviera Hotel and Casino for 19 years until it closed; she then moved to the Treasure Island Hotel and Casino where she is currently employed. In addition to her family and work history, Susana talks about the benefits she's found in joining the Culinary Union, her political work canvassing during the 2021 Georgia Senate race, and how COVID-19 has impacted her and others.

Oral history interview with Nittaya Parawong conducted by Cecilia Winchell, Stefani Evans, and Jerwin Tiu on March 17, 2022 for Reflections: The Las Vegas Asian American and Pacific Islander Oral History Project.

In this interview, Nittaya Parawong discusses her upbringing in Northeastern Thailand, her parents' restaurant and family recipes, and her business education in Bangkok, Thailand as a teenager. Wanting more than a corporate lifestyle, Parawong decided to immigrate to the United States, briefly living in Orlando, Florida before moving to Las Vegas, Nevada. She recalls bussing tables at a local Thai restaurant and attending English classes at College of Southern Nevada (CSN) before opening her own restaurant, Jasmine Thai Gourmet, at the age of 25. Now, Parawong is the owner of Nittaya's Secret Kitchen, Nittaya's Little Kitchen, and Block9 Thai Street Eats in Las Vegas. She shares memories and traditions of Thai celebrations, her views on Buddhism, personal cooking philosophy, and restaurant offerings.
