Film director and actor Albert Edward Sutherland was born in London, England on January 5, 1895. Sutherland's aunt was the actor Charlotte Greenwood, his father was a theatre manager, and his mother was a vaudeville performer. He starred in 39 films and directed over 50 films, including Howard Hughes' Sky Devils (1932).
Sutherland married five times and died on December 31, 1973 in Palm Springs, California.

Walter Mayo was a film production manager and assistant director active between the 1920s and 1940s. Mayo was born on November 05, 1898 in Macoupin County, Illinois. He is credited for films inclduing the Howard Hughes-produced Two Arabian Knights (1927). Mayo died on August 13, 1965 in Los Angeles, California.
