Pictured here are five children in front of the schoolhouse. From left to right: Juanita Strozzi, John Strozzi, Judd, Jack McCrea, and Judd's sister. The location of this schoolhouse is behind the Exchange Club. These were the same materials used to build Frank 'Hard Rock Harry' Oleniczak's house in Beatty.

Description given with photo: "Brewster Denies Hughes' Sworn Charge Of Blackmail. Washington, D.C., Chairman Brewster, ( R ) of Maine, of the Senate War Investigating Committee, today elaborated on his sworn denial of Hughes' charge that he offered to quash the inquiry if Hughes would agree to merge the Trans-World Airline with Pan-American Airways. Howard Hughes, at table, facing camera, center, listens to Brewster's testimony over a press table loudspeaker. Earlier Hughes accused Brewster of telling "a pack of lies." Description given with photo: "Hughes Alone As Probers Recess Till Fall, Washington, D.C. - Plane builder Howard Hughes, above, sat alone in the normally jam-packed senate caucus room today after war investigating sub-committee chairman Homer Ferguson, (R) of Mich., announced that because of the disappearance of press agent John W. Meyer, the Hughes war contract investigation has been recessed until November 17, 1947.
