The records contain financial and budgetary information, correspondence, reports, University of Nevada, Las Vegas campus buildings and grounds planning, registrar and academic affairs information and memoranda created by the UNLV Office of the Vice President for Development and University Relations from 1967 to 1983. The records include information about the design and development of the Thomas and Mack Center. Budgets include administrative salaries, biennial budgets, and estimative budgets.

Collection is comprised of posters collected by the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Special Collections and Archives from 1974 to 2010. The collection primarily includes posters about events and exhibits hosted by UNLV Special Collections and Archives. Also included are posters for other UNLV events including: theatrical events, sporting events, colloquiums, choral productions, and events where UNLV was a partner.

Oral history interview with Brenda Arnold conducted by Janet E. Prince on February 28, 1977 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Arnold discusses her career as a librarian, her religious activities in Las Vegas, Nevada, and viewing the above-ground atomic testing. She also recounts activities she did while visiting Lake Mead and Harris Springs at Mount Charleston.

The Gladys Boggs Marshall Papers consist of various artistic works created by Gladys Boggs Marshall, written from 1907 to 1974. The papers include several of her poems, a manuscript draft of an unfinished paper "History and Story of Las Vegas," a scrapbook of family photographs, sheet music, and newspaper clippings.

Oral history interview with Paul Christensen conducted by Claytee D. White on February 19, 2008 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview Paul Christensen discusses his early childhood in Las Vegas, Nevada during World War II, his family's jewelry business, the various educational institutions he attended, his service in the United States Air Force, and his long career in city politics.

Oral history interview with Thomas McDonald conducted by Ted Papatheodorou on July 05, 1975 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, McDonald describes his experiences running a newspaper and a restaurant in Chicago, Illinois before moving to Las Vegas, Nevada to work as a manager at the Stardust Hotel and Casino. McDonald shares several short anecdotes, such as being thrown off of a freight train in 1915 in early Las Vegas, or serving then-Senator Lyndon B. Johnson at his restaurant in Chicago.
