The Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada Records (1992-2023) and include news articles, institutional records such as bylaws, agendas, and meeting minutes, ephemera, and programs for the Center’s annual Honorarium fundraiser. Additional materials include materials relating the the wellness clinic.

The Desert Fishes Council Records (1969-1988) consist of resolutions, meeting minutes, symposium programs, agendas, and press releases of the Desert Fishes Council (DFC). The organization is devoted to the study and preservation of Southwestern desert fishes, notably the desert pupfish. The DFC records reflect efforts to bring the plight of desert fishes to the attention of academics and the public as well as highlight the worth of desert lands within the American environmental movement.

UNLV Libraries Collection of Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino Promotional Materials and Reports includes annual reports, equity research reports, Securities and Exchange Commission Form 10-K, Securities and Exchange Commission Form 10-Q, press kits, press releases, and promotional materials for Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, dating from 1996 to 2006.

The Sherwin “Scoop” Garside Photographs contain photographs from journalist and photographer “Scoop” Garside from 1907 to 1969. The photographs primarily depict events and buildings in Southern Nevada, including construction of the Hoover (Boulder) Dam, the Helldorado Parade in Las Vegas, Nevada, hotels and casinos, schools, and social events. The photographs also depict the Garside Family, including Las Vegas Review-Journal owner Frank Garside, “Scoop” Garside’s father.

The Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Theta Theta Omega (AKA TTO) Chapter records (1965-2020) are comprised of organizational records, conference programs, digitized copies of the chapter's scrapbooks, and copies of Ivy Leaf, the organization’s national newsletter. The records include chapter and committee agendas and meeting minutes, Far Western Regional Conference reports, and fliers for events hosted by AKA TTO. Also included are archived web captures of AKA TTO's website and digital audio and video files for the chapter's oral history project interviewing Charter, Golden, and Silver members from 2019 to 2020.

The Christie Young Papers are comprised of Young's personal papers, journals, and photographs between 1982 and 2011. The journals document Young's arrival to Las Vegas, Nevada and her involvement in several nascent Las Vegas lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) organizations from 1982 to 1985, such as UNLV's Lesbian and Gay Academic Union (LGAU). The collection includes materials related to her life in San Diego, California from 1985 to 1995 and typed transcripts of all journal entries that relate to the Las Vegas LGBTQ community. The collection also includes photographic slides and prints documenting Young's involvement with LGAU and events in the Las Vegas LGBTQ community.
