The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) University Libraries Collection of Nevada Calendars consists of promotional calendars from organizations, institutions, and corporate bodies operating or based in Nevada from 1908 to 2016. Materials include advertising calendars from the Union Pacific Railroad, Harrah's Entertainment, Inc., and the Harold's Club in Reno, Nevada. It also includes calendars from businesses and organizations in Las Vegas, Nevada that no longer exist.

Elmer Curley discusses working in public services at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Library for a number of years under a long list of library directors beginning in 1967.

Evans discusses arriving and living in Las Vegas, Nevada. Evans also discusses being involved in the civic organization, District Attorney Youth Advisory Group. The interview concludes with a discussion of Boulder (Hoover) Dam, and changes in Las Vegas’ economy, politics, and environment.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Administrative Correspondence Records (1959-1982) primarily contain correspondence from administrative departments, committees, and individuals at UNLV including the Graduate Council, the Assistant to the President, Office of the President, Office of the Academic Vice President, and the Library Committee. The collection includes early documents from when UNLV was established as the southern regional extension of the University of Nevada, and later Nevada Southern University. Additional materials include projections, a room use study, and UNLV 25th Anniversary stickers.

The John G. (Jack) Fogliani Photograph Collection is comprised of two black-and-white photographic reprints created between approximately 1971 and 2004 of the natural landscape of Eagle Valley, Nevada. The original photographs were taken between approximately 1900 and 1920.
