The William White Postcard Collection (approximately 1930-1940) consists of three postcards depicting the Hoover Dam (Boulder Dam) on the border of Nevada and Arizona. One postcard showcases Oskar J. W. Hansen’s “Figures of the Republic” sculptures near the Hoover Dam. Another postcard displays an interior view of the visitor’s gallery at the Hoover Dam. The final postcard depicts the Hoover Dam at sunset.
The Whitney Family Collection of Bunkerville, Nevada Photographs (approximately 1900-1930) consists of black-and-white photographic prints and negatives depicting Agnes Murphy Neve, Luke Whitney, Julia Whitney, and Alfred Syphus near the Whitney family ranch in Bunkerville, Nevada. One image portrays an overflow drainage pipe connected to the St. Thomas pond near Bunkerville, Nevada.
The collection is comprised of records of the San Pedro, Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company (1901-1976). The construction of this railroad led to the founding of Las Vegas, Nevada and the creation of the Empire Construction Company and Las Vegas Land and Water Company. The records document the company's operations and include correspondence and contracts relating to lots in the Las Vegas townsite, payments and accounts, invoices and other audit materials from 1905 to 1923. The collection also includes the records of the railroad agent at Arden Station, located ten miles south of the Las Vegas Station, which contain correspondence, ledgers, freight and way bills, shipping orders, and telegrams.
The Jean Ford Photograph Collection (1964-1977) contains black-and-white photographic prints, contact sheets, and transparencies of Nevada politician and activist Jean Ford. The collection includes photographs of Jean Ford with the Nevada State Park Commission and various Nevadan politicians; Ford lecturing and campaigning; and of the 1977 National Women's Conference in Houston, Texas.
The Elizabeth Harrington Photograph Collection (approximately 1910-1959) is comprised of black-and-white and color photographic prints and negatives. The images primarily depict the Kiwanis Club in Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as the Potosi mine in Nevada. Other images depict early Helldorado parades, airplanes at Anderson Field (Rockwell Field), and First State Bank employees. Also included are images of locations in Las Vegas, including Las Vegas grammar schools, the El Portal Theater, El Rancho Vegas, Fremont Street, Overland Hotel, and the Old Arizona Club. Additional images include portraits of Maude Frazier, Ray Lyman, and Arthur Harrington.

The May Bradford Photograph Collection (1870-1976) consists primarily of black-and-white photographs depicting Bradford's life including her time in Tonopah, Nevada. The collection also includes images of her early life and her family in Missouri. Other photographs document her son as an infant, as well as the family's time spent living abroad.
