The Jean Hertzman Menu Collection (1970s-2000s) consists primarily of menus from Las Vegas, Nevada restaurants including several from casinos that are no longer in operation such as the Silver Slipper, the Thunderbird, and the Sahara. The collection also includes international menus, catering information for various Las Vegas casinos, a Los Angeles, California menu guidebook, and a corporate information packet for MGM Resorts International.
The Norman C. Jensen Collection, dated from 1867 to 1968, contains documents discovered by Norman C. Jensen at Fort Taylor, Florida. The collection includes a copy of the "Report of a Guard Mounted at Fort Jefferson, Florida on May 28, 1867" that describes four individuals accused of conspiracy in connection with the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln. The collection also contains an original report entitled "Quarterly Report of Artillery Inspection of Fort Taylor, Florida" dated December 31, 1903, and Lt. Col. Jensen's notes explaining the military abbreviations contained within the original report.
The Key Pittman Correspondence, dated 1933 to 1940, consists of correspondence between U.S. Senator Key Pittman via his clerk James A. White and various constituents who sent him books on a variety of subjects.
The Alma Hinricksen Photograph Collection on Judy Bayley contains three 8" x 10" black-and-white photographs of Judy Bayley from the 1960s. The collection includes a portrait, Bayley at a public function, and a photograph of U.S. Senator Howard Cannon pinning a ribbon on Bayley.
The Eileen Margaret Green Photograph Collection (approximately 1987) consists of photographs and a negative of rock art sites in Southern Nevada taken by Eileen Margaret Green, a former anthropology student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Eileen used the photographs in her 1987 master’s thesis, “A Cultural Ecological Approach to the Rock Art of Southern Nevada.”
The Karen Allison Collection on Contract Bridge (1937-1997) contains instructional guides, pamphlets, and booklets explaining the rules and strategies for contract bridge, a card game. Included are correspondence and meeting minutes with contract bridge organizations with which Allison was associated. Also included are lists of players who participated in the Monte Carlo 5th World Bridge Olympiad in Monte Carlo, Monaco in 1976.

Promotional Materials and Reports includes financial reports, annual reports, quarterly reports, equity reports, press releases, a press kit, promotional materials, and a newspaper for Ameristar Casinos, Inc. in Las Vegas, Nevada, dating from 1993 to 2007.
The Ellen Burke Rawls Papers comprise the professional writings of Ellen Burke Rawls from 1987 to 1996. The papers document her work as a reviewer in the entertainment industry of Atlantic City, New Jersey and as a publicist for the other professional businesses in and around New Jersey. The material comprise of her personal correspondence, columns from a number of newspapers, correspondence of her participation in The Morning Show program and photographs that were used in her newspaper columns.
The Lamont Patterson Papers date from 1955 to 1996 and document the career of William “Lamont” Patterson (1916-1997), a jazz columnist for the Las Vegas Sun. The collection includes drafts of newspaper columns, professional correspondence, newsletters, newspaper clippings, photographs, radio program transcripts, concert programs, and ephemera relating to Frank Sinatra, Peggy Lee, and other performers. There is also a wooden plaque that was presented to Patterson from the Sands Hotel and Casino that includes a piece of the original Copa Room stage.
