Materials contain municipal, state, federal, Native American, and international gaming legislation, regulations, and legal files collected by Gary W. Royer in his role as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for the Nevada Gaming Control Board and gaming consultant and President of Casino Control Corporation (1950-2009). The series is comprised primarily of Nevada Gaming Control Board and Nevada Gaming Commission rules, regulations, and reports. Also included are regulations, reports, and handbooks about gaming in other US states, particularly New Jersey and Colorado. This series also includes Native American gaming compacts; regulations, legislation, and legal materials about the regulation of gaming at the US federal level; and essays, legislation, and reports about international gaming regulation.
