The Christie Young Papers are comprised of Young's personal papers, journals, and photographs between 1982 and 2011. The journals document Young's arrival to Las Vegas, Nevada and her involvement in several nascent Las Vegas lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) organizations from 1982 to 1985, such as UNLV's Lesbian and Gay Academic Union (LGAU). The collection includes materials related to her life in San Diego, California from 1985 to 1995 and typed transcripts of all journal entries that relate to the Las Vegas LGBTQ community. The collection also includes photographic slides and prints documenting Young's involvement with LGAU and events in the Las Vegas LGBTQ community.
Archival Collection
The Harriet Trudell Papers (1949-2006) document Trudell's activities as a Democratic Party advocate, feminist, Civil Rights activist, campaign advisor, and precinct organizer. Materials consist of correspondence, photographs, conference programs, election memorabilia, speeches, and newspaper clippings. There are also papers from the various organizations Trudell was involved in including The Feminist Majority, International Plans for Action, Americans for Democratic Action, and the Nevada Democratic Party.
Archival Collection
The Southern Nevada Community Concerts Association (SNCCA) Records (1939-2004) document the activities of the SNCCA and consist of meeting minutes, financial records, correspondence, promotional papers, newspaper clippings, scrapbooks, photographs, and recordings of select concerts on VHS, Betamax, and an optical disc. The SNCCA worked to bring various singers, orchestras, and ballets to the communities of Las Vegas and Southern Nevada.
Archival Collection
This collection is comprised of publicity and promotional materials documenting the Caesar's Palace Hotel and Casino Resort and the Circus Circus Hotel and Casino Resort. Both resorts were a result of hotel and casino developer Jay Sarno. There is a small amount of material on Sarno in the collection such as newspaper clippings, a press release, and a copy of Sarno's FBI investigation file. The collection includes property records, magazine and newspaper clippings, informational brochures from the two properties, press kits, and a small amount of correspondence. It also includes a prospectus and stock offerings for Sarno's never-realized Grandissimo Hotel and Casino resort that would have been built on Interstate 15 to the west of the Las Vegas Strip.
Archival Collection
The Bill Moore Professional Papers are comprised of documents, designs, and promotional materials of show producer Bill Moore from 1950 to 2010. From the 1960s until the late 2000s, Moore and his partner George Arnold produced a variety of stage shows, from musicals and revues to his famous "on ice" productions like Nudes on Ice and Playgirls on Ice. Materials include three-dimensional set designs, photographic prints, financial records, promotional posters, and audio and video recordings of shows at casinos in Las Vegas, Laughlin, and Reno, Nevada, and Atlantic City, New Jersey.

The American Red Cross Southern Nevada Chapter Records (1917-2015) include business records, legal and property documents, scrapbooks, photographs, awards and event programs. Also included is documentation of training events in Southern Nevada and disaster relief efforts throughout the country.

The Spencer and Georgia Butterfield Papers (1890s-1978) consist primarily of photographs and scrapbooks pertaining to Spencer and Georgia Butterfield, a prominent Las Vegas, Nevada couple involved in local business and civic activities. The collection also includes newspaper clippings of their social activities, correspondence, and assorted personal memorabilia.
Archival Collection
The Albert S. Henderson Papers (1879-1962), document his career and service as a district judge in Las Vegas, Nevada. Included are correspondence, a personal statement from his election campaign, certificates and proclamations, his memorial book, numerous newspaper clippings, an 1879 edition of Eureka and Its Resources, and various ephemera: union cards, name tags, and election cards.
Archival Collection
The collection is comprised of the personal, professional and business papers of Dr. Juanita Greer White from 1927 to 1980. Included are correspondence, booklets, dissertations, minutes, newsletters, newspaper clippings, and various other materials linked to women's organizations and Nevada organizations relating to education, health, and aging. Other material includes documents from her work in the Nevada State Legislature, books, catalogs, chemistry papers, plaques, and campaign materials.
Archival Collection
The Doris Hancock Papers (1895-1987) consist of school memorabilia, correspondence, sketches, two scrapbooks, and material from her involvement in the Las Vegas Art League. Also included are materials about Southern Nevada and surrounding areas, particularly mining towns, Colorado River, Boulder Dam, Red Rock Canyon, early Las Vegas, and Death Valley.
