An image of children dressed up in costumes, possibly for the 4th of July at City Hall in Boulder City, Nevada. Specifically within the front row, boys dressed reminiscently of America's Founding Fathers stand next to girls in patterned dresses. Some of the children can be seen holding American flags and wearing paper crowns.
