Morgan Mills was born in Grand Junction, Colorado on July 27, 1914. He later moved to California, where he worked as an electrical engineer and was involved in the Boulder (Hoover) Dam project in Las Vegas, Nevada. He passed away on March 20, 1982 in Los Angeles, California.

Kelepecz, Dolly

Dolly Kelepecz was born January 22, 1956 in Covina, California. She traveled with the Los Angeles Ballet Society as a young dancer and eventually her career opportunities would allow her traverse the globe as a dancer and a circus entertainer. Kelepecz was hired as a dancer in the Bluebells at 19-years-old. She proceeded to become a Las Vegas showgirl, crossed paths with Frank “Lefty” Rosenthal, worked with Fluff LeCoque, and became a dancer in Stardust Hotel and Casino’s Lido show.

Eva G. Simmons was born in Somerville, Texas December 31, 1938. She grew up in Austin, Texas. Simmons moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1963. She worked for the Clark County School District, and has an elementary school in North Las Vegas, Nevada named for her. Eva Goins Simmons never imagined moving to Las Vegas, Nevada, but she moved here twice: Once briefly in 1957 to be with her sister and then again continuously in 1963 after graduating from University of Texas, Austin and marrying her husband George Simmons.
