Oral history interview with Christopher Maestas conducted by Claytee White on September 14, 2008 for the Latinx Voices of Southern Nevada Oral History Project. Oral history interview with James Cavin conducted by Patricia Padilla on May 09, 2003 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Cavin reflects upon his career as an administrator with the Clark County School District (CCSD). He discusses his regular job responsibilities and challenges that he faced, and describes elements of his training that he feels were the most beneficial throughout his career.
