Oral history interview with Ray Johnson conducted by Rick Stern on October 03, 1972 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Johnson discusses moving to Nevada and his different residences. Johnson then goes on to talk about his occupational history.

Oral history interview with Vincent Kethen conducted by Claytee White on December 23, 2009 for the Voices of the Historic John S. Park Neighborhood Oral History Project. Kethen was born in 1964 in Las Vegas, Nevada, the year that desegregation of schools started there. He discusses his experiences as an African-American child being bused to a white school, John S. Park Elementary. He also discusses growing up in that era and giving back to the community by being a youth basketball coach.

Oral history interview with Charles Brinker conducted by Doug Coombs on March 19, 1978 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Brinker discusses his experiences living in Southern Nevada and his career in carpentry. Brinker also discusses his background in watch repair, his move to Las Vegas, Nevada from West Virginia, his experiences in homesteading, grocery shopping in early Las Vegas, the building of his house for his family, and his various jobs and projects as a carpenter.

Oral history interview with Mary Kreuzer conducted by Patricia Kohlman on December 15, 1975 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. The two discuss Kreuzer’s childhood, as well as the different addresses that she’s lived at in Las Vegas. The interview concludes with a discussion on entertainment and small businesses before the population boom in Southern Nevada.

Oral history interview with James W. Ault conducted by Patricia K. Kohlman on November 06, 1975 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Ault discusses the history of Las Vegas, Nevada from 1940 to 1975 and his career as a railroad engineer.

Oral history interview with Johnny Griffin conducted by Claytee D. White on September 13, 2010 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Griffin discusses his personal history and working at an all-white country club as a golf caddy. He recalls receiving a golf scholarship to Jackson State University, and describes starting a junior golf program at Craig Ranch Park in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Later, Griffin discusses his senior golf tour and the history of black golfing in Las Vegas.
