The City of Las Vegas is installing water meters throughout the city to check usage. The meters are only for statistical usage and will be removed when the tests are done. Nov 25 1949," "H.E.D. Nov 25 1949" and "U.P. R.R. CO. Law Department L.A. Nov 25 1949." Additionally, "Mr. E. E. Bennett Los Angeles" is handwritten and a date stamp "E.E.B. Nov 25 1949" are sideways on an attached paper label.
