The Louise Meehan Collection of Memorabilia contains memorabilia from both the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and various Las Vegas, Nevada hotel and casinos from 1953 to 1984. Materials were collected by Meehan, who was a "change girl" at the Boulder Club.

The Elbert Edwards Papers (1869-1988) consist of manuscripts, newspaper clippings, and audio recordings documenting the history of Southern Nevada. The materials were compiled by Las Vegas, Nevada educator Elbert Edwards and contain a heavy emphasis on Mormon history. Other items of interest include biographies of Southern Nevada officials, Boulder City Cemetery genealogical records, and reports from the Clark County School District.

The Las Vegas Porcelain Artists Records span from 1975 to 1993 and document the history of the Las Vegas, Nevada, non-profit organization that was a division of the World Organization of China Painters (WOCP). The collection includes club by-laws, membership lists, convention pamphlets, promotional materials, correspondence, membership applications, meeting minutes, and financial information. It also includes photo albums, slides, negatives, a cookbook, and other documents.

The Las Vegas High School Class of 1929 Collection (1921-1979) contains materials relating to the Las Vegas High School graduating class of 1929. Materials include a scrapbook with photographs, pamphlets, fliers, and newspaper clippings from the thirtieth, fortieth, forty-fifth, and fiftieth reunions, as well as poster boards and oversized photographs from the 1920s.

The Kim Sisters material date from 1959 to 1966 and 1983. It consists of two scrapbooks and one folder of photocopied materials containing newspaper clippings about the appearances of the Kim Sisters muscial group throughout the United States as well as Italy, Germany, and Spain. It also includes two record album sleeves.

The Hotel Nevada Guest Register (1910-1911) consists of one register from the Hotel Nevada, which opened on the southeast corner of Main Street and Fremont Street in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1906.
