The Tropicana Hotel and Casino Records (1956-2024) contain operational records, promotional material, architectural drawings, and audiovisual recordings related to the hotel/casino general operations.

The Nevada State Board of Education Teacher and Student Exams (1894, 1927-1931) consists of a 1894 testing booklet from the Nevada State Board of Education containing questions to test the knowledge of teachers. The test includes subjects such as physiology, reading, orthography, geography, and United States history. The collection also contains Nevada Elementary Examination sheets from 1927 to 1931, intended to test students on a variety of subjects including arithmetic, spelling, civics, penmanship, reading and grammar, and United States history.

The Southern Nevada Gem and Mineral Society Records (1950-2024) contain the records of the Clark County Gem Collectors, Las Vegas Gem Collectors, and the current Southern Nevada Gem and Mineral Society. The collection contains articles of incorporation, by-laws, membership directories, meeting minutes, correspondence, financial records, show paperwork, and award certificates. Also included are photographs of the organizations since the 1970s and digital scans of Gem Times and The Polished Slab newsletters.

The Maichle Family Films (approximately 1950-1959) consist of eight 8mm films made by Elizabeth and Robert E. Maichle during their life living in Southern Nevada. The films depict life at the Maichle ranch near the intersection of South Pearl Street and Tropicana Avenue, where they raised their son, Robert W. Maichle. The films also depict trips to Death Valley, Lake Mead, and parts of northern Nevada.

The George W. Arnold Letter is dated to 1870 and contains a handwritten letter from Arnold to his uncle Gideon. The letter is a brief account of Arnold's life as a miner in Pioche, Nevada. The collection also contains a typed transcript of the letter's content.

The Advanced Technologies Academy "Civic Voices" Oral History Project (2011-2012) consists of 33 oral histories of Las Vegas, Nevada residents conducted by students of Joyce O'Day's 2011 and 2012 AP World History classes at Advanced Technologies Academy. Each interview contains a physical transcript, assignment sheets, and digital video and photographs. The 2011 interviews also have digital transcripts.
