Richard McCracken was born August 21, 1949 and was raised in San Jose, California in a family of farmers. He went to college at the University of California, Los Angeles, but graduated from Berkeley University in 1974. During this time, he married his wife, Marjorie, on July 7, 1972. McCracken moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1974 and started his career as a lawyer.

Ann McGinley grew up in Allentown, Pennsylvania, the third child in a family of four. Her mother was a homemaker and her father was a lawyer. McGinley attended college and majored in Spanish. She earned a master’s degree and taught in Spain for five years. Her brother and his wife were lawyers and she decided to go back to law school at the University of Pennsylvania. McGinley did a two year clerkship for a federal judge, doing research and drafting opinions. She met her husband-to-be during this time and they moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Elaine Cali McNamara was born in Detroit, Michigan. She moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1953 at the age of 16. She modeled for the Bernie Lenz agency and for local shops and tearooms from the 1950s to 1980s. McNamara started her real estate career in 1982. She became a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). She was trustee of the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District from 1981 to 1991 and chair from 1990-1991. As of 2016, McNamara continues to work as a real estate agent and CRS in the Las Vegas Valley.

Charles McWilliam was born on December 26, 1950, in Pasadena, California. Charles married Katie on January 15, 1993, and they had four children: Charles Jr., Rebecca, Amy, and Jamie.

McWilliam was a professional engineer and employed by Application Engineering Company (AEC), Energy Research and Development Administration (ERDA), and the Department of Energy (DOE) in affiliation with the Nevada Test Site.

Nevada pioneer, engineer, and surveyor John Thomas (J.T.) McWilliams was born in Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada, on December 10, 1863. In 1879, he moved to Detroit, Michigan, before settling in Chicago, Illinois in 1883. While in Chicago, McWilliams studied civil engineering at the University of Chicago, and in 1884 he began surveying for the Northern Pacific Railroad.
