Charlene, née Friedkin, Herst was born in 1946. When she was eight years old, she moved to Las Vegas in 1954 with her parents Patricia and Richard Friedkin.
Charlene raised four children (Hayley, Rochelle, Tracey and Harry) as a single mother, graduated from UNLV in 1995 with a communications degree, and managed to build a career that touched the well-being of the Nevada population in many ways.
John Goolsby grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. In 1980, he took a job with Summa Corporation and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada working on the development of the Summerlin community.
Judy Goolsby was born in Kennett, Missouri. Her father worked as a bricklayer and moved the family to Texas. She moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1980 with her husband John Goolsby who had taken a job with Summa Corporation.
Andrew "Drew" Levy was born in Las Vegas, Nevada, where his family became prominent civic and real estate leaders. His grandfather was Harry Levy, a former Las Vegas City Commissioner, and his father Alvin Levy was a former councilman. Drew is always proud to say that he never left Las Vegas and of partnering with his father in the Levy Realty Company.

She spent her childhood in Pontiac, Michigan up until highschool when he parents moved the family to Tempe, Arizona, where she would later meet her husband, Andrew Levy. After they were married Debbie arrived in Las Vegas in 1978, where she enrolled at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she finished her degree and started her accounting practice. She ran her business for ten years before opening Art Starts Here, an art school.
Leonard Gang was born in New York in 1935. Leonard graduated New York University School of Law in 1961. He moved to Las Vegas to clerk with the Nevada Supreme Court. Both Len and his wife Bobbie grew up with Jewish traditions in New York and became members of Temple Beth Sholom upon moving to Las Vegas. Len is a Navy veteran, former Deputy District Attorney (1965-1966), District Court Judge, Clark County (1971-1974), accomplished criminal and civil litigator.
Steven Eisen (1966 - ) is the oldest son of Barry and Beverly Eisen, who were part of the migration of Jews from St. Louis to Las Vegas in the 1960s. He is married to Stacy Fisher and the older brother to Andrew and Robert Eisen. They are members of an early group of born-and-raised Las Vegans. Growing up Jewish, he became a bar mitzvah, belonged to B’nai B’rith Youth Organization.
