The Appointment books and journals subseries (approximately 1970-2002) contains appointment books, journals, telephone logbooks, and memo notebooks. Many of the appointment books include photographs adhered to their pages by Theresa Holmes and Robert Scott Hooper as a way of documenting photoshoots.

These materials are restricted due to their extremely fragile physical state. They may not be viewed in the reading room until all preservation actions have been completed. Digital surrogates will be available for viewing in the reading after digitization is completed, until the items can be physically repaired in the Preservation Lab.
