Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Theta Theta Omega Chapter November 2, 2002 Hospitality Report
Secret soror forms are available today. Please complete the form and return them to me by the end of the meeting. I can have your assigned soror to distribute at the December meeting.
Sorors, please call or e-mail me of any illnesses so that I may contact the sorors to see if any courtesy is needed. Sorors living alone should make contact with someone in the chapter so that you can be taken care of.
There were 4 visits last month to sorors that were ill. I will appreciate card showers to the sorors that are in long-term care. They appreciate your kindness. Phone calls should be limited to Soror Thais. She appreciates your concern, but it has been exhausting to answer the phone.
