DURR: I move the adoption of the following resolution as drawn up by the Chairman: It is recommended that the various carriers adapt the policy of submitting to arbitration or some other conventional method, differences as to the division of joint rates. LATHROP: 1 move that it is the sense of our committee that even in cases after hearing on. complaint where the Corn-miss ion shall have established through routes and joint rates, that they do not have the power to prescribe the division of such rates, except in cases where the companies shall have first failed tc agree among themselves.
