This will confirm our conversation of this morning relative to report of Commissioner Williams regarding the water situation at Las Vegas, the report being dated July 23, 1949 and sent to Mr, flolger ilth your letter of August 2, 1949, Hr, Reinhardt, Vice President of the Water Company, feels that It might be desirable'to have.an Informal meeting with some of the Commissioners of the Public Service Commission of Nevada in order that we might discuss the entire rater situation in Las Vegas and 1 understand It rill be agreeable to you to have that meeting at Las Vegas at lOiOO A.M., Tuesday,- October 11th. St is my thought that you might desire to have both Mr# Smith and Mr. Williams present and possibly Mr. Jameson, the local water representative of the Commission. Zt is Mr* Reinhardts thought that it might be well to Invite one or two of the officials of the City of Las Vegas to attend that meeting and.if, in confirming the time and place of this meeting you will suggest who you think we should have present from the official family of the City of Las Vegas, I will take It upon myself to invite them to attend the meeting and also endeavor to arrange, through Mayor Oralgen, to have a room available.
