St is my thought that you might desire to have both Mr# Smith and Mr. Williams present and possibly Mr. Jameson, the local water representative of the Commission. Zt is Mr* Reinhardts thought that it might be well to Invite one or two of the officials of the City of Las Vegas to attend that meeting and.if, in confirming the time and place of this meeting you will suggest who you think we should have present from the official family of the City of Las Vegas, I will take It upon myself to invite them to attend the meeting and also endeavor to arrange, through Mayor Oralgen, to have a room available.
