As heretofore indicated to you, the Las Vegas Land and Water Company had hoped to obtain relief through a rehearing before the Public Service Commission. However, the Company»s petition for a rehearing has not been granted by the Public Service Commission and I have been instructed to deliver to you the written demand contemplated by the two stipu* iations heretofore filed in this proceeding.
