Ho. 1B845 With reference to the above entitled matter, I regret to inform you that it has become necessary to proceed with this action. As heretofore indicated to you, the Las Vegas Land and Water Company had hoped to obtain relief through a rehearing before the Public Service Commission. However, the Company»s petition for a rehearing has not been granted by the Public Service Commission and I have been instructed to deliver to you the written demand contemplated by the two stipu* iations heretofore filed in this proceeding. Therefore, please be advised that the Las Land and Water Company herewith submits its demand by registered letter that the Public Service Commission of Nevada prepare and file its Answer to the compalint, and prepare and file its Answer to the Supplemental Complaint on file in the above entitled matter.
