June 17th, a public hearing wec bald in the Courthouse at Lag togas by the Public Service Commission of Nevada with regard to complaint file d by Jake Bookley regarding refusal of the Watat Company to supply hi® with water in Block *H* of the Park Addition* Water Company fey my assistant Mr. Polger and General Attorney MoHsmee* The Park Addition is loomted south of Charleston Boulevard in a d is t r ic t where the Water Company has no mains and it would be necessary fo r us to lay approximately s ix hundred feet of pipe to.serve one customer. A ll th is was fu lly explained to the Commission and they took the matter under advisement. went thoroughly into the subject of the la te r Company supplying water to various outlying d is tric ts which are not now served by our mains.
