Factories can make the following deliveries —— with an A-l-a Priority the factory can start shipment of 50 tons per week approximately ? to 9 weeks after receipt of order. With an A-l-J, A—5 or A—8 Priority they can start delivery at the r.ate of 50 tons per week approximately four to five months after receipt of ordor. These delivery dates, of course, are changed from dayrto day and are determined by the number of orders received and the priority ratings that those orders carry. It may be that you will be able to apply an A-l-J Priority Rating on the material in question in view of the new amendment to Preference Rating Order P-88, It will, of course, be to your advantage to apply an A-l-J Rating if at all possible. The carload prices listed above apply on shipments of 18,000 lbs. or more, and all prices as shown are figured on furnishing our standard 13-foot lengths with one coupling and two rings per length, with half lengths up to 5% of the total footage being furnished and not more than one-half of the short lengths shall be machined overall.
