Ham, Sr. 300 Fremont Street Las Vegas, Memda Sear Mr. Hams It is desired to construct an 8* oast iron water main across property now owned jointly by you and others between 15th Street and Southern Mevada Power Company right of way in area which I understand the City of Las Vegas is planning to eons truct Q&key Blvd. In order that this water main may be constructed as quickly &s possible, I have prepared a map dated April 30, 195h, two copies of which are attached hereto, showing in yellow color the area in which this proposed pip® line may be constructed across land owned jointly by you with others, and would appreciate if you. and the other parties to ownership would grant this Company &n Essevent for proposed water main in the area shown in yellow color. For your convenience in granting this Easement, I have prepared and submit herewith five copies of Easement on basis of legal description prepared and furnished me by the Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company, together with five copies of Affidavit form and two copies of Corporate Acknowledgement form, and would appreciate if you would have these documents executed by yourself and the other parties interested at the earliest possible moment so that we may proceed with construction of water main.
