For your convenience in granting this Easement, I have prepared and submit herewith five copies of Easement on basis of legal description prepared and furnished me by the Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company, together with five copies of Affidavit form and two copies of Corpo­rate Acknowledgement form, and would appreciate if you would have these documents executed by yourself and the other parties interested at the earliest possible moment so that we may proceed with construction of water main.
