Sexton: Mr. Bennett sent Be copy of yoor letter February 28th. inquiring with regard to additional water production that will be available in Lae Vegas, as previously referred to in Commission1 c Case Bo. 1123. the testimony therein (Page 158) indicated the supply then available from two springs and six wells was 6,288,640 g.p.d. Since then, by the installation of P«®ge» we have increased the production of Well Ko* 6 to 1,172,880 g.p.d. and of *Tell Ko. 6 to 1,134,000 g.p.d., so that we now have available 7,812,860 g.p.d. We also have received authority and are now actually engaged in drilling additional wells, of which we anticipate there will be four this Summer,. Two of these will be drilled to what Is known as the shallow zone and we will Install pumps to augment their production. The other two will be deep wells. We also plan to install chlorinating facilities at the Middle or Open Spring so that the water fro® this source nay also be utilized and that will 1 norease the production about 200,000 g.p.d.
