Mr. Mm. Reinhardt April 22, 1953 agreed to the terms of an agreement which will be written between them and the Water Company. One of the parties included In the Trusteeshlp with the Title Company is a Mr. Mel Cooper, who has been engaged, during the last several months, in constructing a motel at the end of the proposed pipe line as indicated on attached print, and the principal reason for the urgency for the construction of this line is that this motel will be complete on May 1 and unless water line is complete by that time, they will be unable to open the motel as scheduled— which I am advised will result in considerable financial loss to them.
