Reoently the olty grader damaged a portion of the redwood pipe which Delkln says he oan not replaoe. He has two parrallel wood lines, one on either side of Fremont from 11th street easterly to 14th; and another wood line running south through Blook 10 and 11. We propose to Install at this time a pipe line on the North side of Fremont only, as an extension south of Fremont In tha t territory can not be Justified at the present time beoause Of the few houses that would be served by such a line.
