Each summer A.C.Delkln, who operates this system as the heir of J.H.Ladd, has considerable difficulty In supplying his patrons. Reoently the olty grader damaged a portion of the redwood pipe which Delkln says he oan not replaoe. Delkln lives In Arcadia, California where he owns a flower shop and wished to get out of the wate r business in Las Vegas. I attach : (a) Letter from Ur. He has two parrallel wood lines, one on either side of Fremont from 11th street easterly to 14th; and another wood line running south through Blook 10 and 11. We propose to Install at this time a pipe line on the North side of Fremont only, as an extension south of Fremont In tha t territory can not be Justified at the present time beoause Of the few houses that would be served by such a line.
