On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in executing agreement, dated December 21, 1939, C. A. No. 10037, with Ford J. Twaits, an individual, trading under the firm name and style of Ford J. Twaits Go., covering alteration in and addition to warehouse, which was erected by LVL&WCo. under terms of agreement, 0. D. No. 22029, dated October 26, 1936, between LVL&WCo. and Sears, Roebuck and Co., in Vernon, California, as amended by agreement between the parties, dated December 1, 1936, C. D.
