    s balance of the purchase price In 120 equal monthly Installments ~9~ of an amount equal to $10.61 for each $1,000, and a pro rata amount for any fraction of $1,000; and pending completion of final accounting, said payments shall be at the rate of $2,218.76 per month; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in executing agreement, dated December 21, 1939, C. A. No. 10037, with Ford J. Twaits, an individual, trading under the firm name and style of Ford J. Twaits Go., covering alteration in and addition to warehouse, which was erected by LVL&WCo. under terms of agreement, 0. D. No. 22029, dated October 26, 1936, between LVL&WCo. and Sears, Roebuck and Co., in Vernon, California, as amended by agreement between the parties, dated December 1, 1936, C. D. No. 22029-A; said alteration and addition consisting of: (a) Construction of an addition, 15 ft. wide by 240 ft. long to existing concrete loading platform; (b) Moving of wall and loading door 15 ft. southerly; (c) Constructing roof to provide 3600 square feet of additional warehouse floor space; and ( d ) R e l o c a t i n g c a n o p y t o c o v e r t h e s o u t h e r l y 1 0 f e e t o f s a i d e x t e n d e d p l a t f o r m ; at a guaranteed maximum cost of $11,540, including Contractor fee of $750; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. 1 s O n m o t i o n d u l y m ade a n d s e c o n d e d , i t w as R E S O L V E D , t h a t t h e a c t i o n o f P r e s i d e n t a n d A s s i s t a n t
