On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider C.A. No. 10062-5, dated August 6, 1943, extending to August 31, 1946, term of lease Audit No. 10062, dated February 17, 1940, expiring August 31, 1943, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and B. Laustalot, covering a portion of Union Pacific Tract No. 5, East Los Angeles, California, for agricultural purposes; rental $26.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 30 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
